Use of the facilities are limited to the guests listed on reservation.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside the units or in the Hot Tubs. When smoking outside, please dispose of all cigarette butts in the supplied ashtrays.

No pets allowed.

Guests use the pool at their own risk and assume all liabilities for use of the pool and hot tubs. A signed rental agreement needs to be completed for each reservation.

Children are only allowed if BOTH units are rented.

Do not leave food or dishes out in pool cabana. Please keep in mind that this building is shared and guests are expected to clean up after themselves.

Please close all lights when not in buildings. Keep hot tub cover closed when not in use.

Guests are expected to wash and put away dishes used and follow all posted check out procedures, including depositing their trash in cans located alongside driveway as you exit the property.

Check is available anytime after 3pm on day of arrival. All guests must check out by 11am on departure day.

We supply linens, dishes, cookware, shampoo, dish soap. If guests would like to use charcoal grill they need to bring their own charcoal. Propane is provided for the gas grills onsite.. We do not supply laundry detergent or things such as aluminum foil.
